Our specialites are: beans soup, ribboned macaroni and wild boar sauce,
pici to the green (basil), rice with mushrooms, and a sort of ravioli with
truffle.
As a second course you can have t-bone steak, grilled lamb, fillet with
mushrooms or with the fragrance of thymus, stuffed pigeon, wild boar in
sweet and sour sauce or on the grill, rabbit to the chiantigiana.
Those who are vegetarians can enjoy: grilled red chicory and cheese,
spelt, artichokes, mushrooms and several other vegetables according to season.
Our cakes are: English soup, strawberries or walnuts tart, cake with
pine-seed and chocolate cream, cake with buttermilk curd, Prato's biscuits
and Vin Santo, plums cooked in Chianti red wine and a delicious ice-cream
with hot chocolate.
