QTVR CHARACTERISTICS

Quick Time Virtual Reality technology (QTVR) allows to freely move around within virtual scenes by simply using the mouse, with no need to follow fixed paths, or use hardware optional devices, such as helmets, graphic cards, gloves...The most innovative and striking characteristic is the possibility of interacting with photographic reproductions of real settings. Each scene can have several visual points, from any of which it is possible to:

- rotate the visual field over 360 degrees

- zoom onto any detail

- select objects, drag them out of the setting and look at them in detail from any points of wiew

- spot all other visual point and "click" from onto the next

QTVR is a multimedia standard format.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SEE MOVIES

Movies can be seen only if a Quick Time extension on the computer and a proper plug-in on the browser have been installed.
